This is gonna be one tough ass series.

I'm predicting Spurs in 6.

I am scared of Chris Paul... there I said it. I have not said that about anyone except a prime Shaq.

Chris Paul is a beast, way tougher of a matchup than Nash.

TP will be on. But CP will cancel that most nights I'm sure. Unless Pop has a secret plan that we don't know of. The defense on the rest of the team will determine this one. West, Peja and all-of-a-sudden Pargo. Especially West, TD needs to get the better game.

And our key player, Manu, needs to be the one that tips the scales our way. I think he will. He needs to be the one they can't get a handle on.

This is a rare chance to play a team in the playoffs whose board actually gets less activity than ours

The Hornets are for real.

We can win out at home, I just want at least one of two in NO.

We've too many alternative stoppers for CP. Bowen, Udoka, TP and even Manu can work on him and make him outperformance.

By the way, we whave more inside power than Dallas and he won't be able to find easy buckets as he did in first round.

It will be a though series anyway, but we will advance in 6. New Orleans is simlar to last year's Utah and lack of experience will hurt them a lot.

coming off a pretty brutal series going into another one, the Hornets present new match-up problems, the biggest one being David West, I think he will be the difference maker, if the Spurs can somehow contain West they can steal a game in N.O. and win the series. Byron Scott is one tough s.o.b.

Really looking forward to this one, season series was even, both teams dominated their 1st round opponents.

I'm gonna make a bold prediction and say Julian Wright will be the Manu stopper Byron Scott keeps up his sleve, hes 6'8 or 6'9 and can prolly keep infront of Manu, regardless Petersen won't see much court time.

Parker will be hard pressed to put up numbers anywhere near as good as the first round against CP3, so it'll be upto Duncan and Ginobili to get the Spurs over the line, I'm betting Hornets in 6!

Good luck :)

Paul will school Parker on how to play point.
Tyson will be all over Duncan.
New Orleans in 7

You have 42 posts in Realgm and at least 10 of them are swearing Parker.
What's your problem with him? Did he Parker r.ped you in past?

as was allread mentioned: manu should be the key to the series...parker vs. paul will be a virtual tie (paul should have better stats but will have to work hard especially against bowen in key moments)...duncan vs west and chandler will be similar with duncan getting the stats, while having his problems against these two

we should be able to defend stoja and mo-pete, as we are great at defending the 3...leaving manu which should be the lonely player noone has an aswer to...hopefully he is on, as we will need some 25+ games from him! (with this poor last game, he wants to prove something, anyway!!!)

given the inexperience of n'awlins, I see us winning it in 7 games!

Spurs in 5 games, 6 is a respectable possibility

I'd consider it an upset to an extent, if the Hornets win this series

They do rely a lot on Paul to play at their best, and execute their offense... I think the Spurs defense is up to the task to limit them enough

The questionable and sometimes iffy Hornets mental emotional control will be tested

Let's go

I don't know how well he'll do in getting calls and respect from the refs, though. May not play enough, also.

Spurs in 5. NO is GREAT, no doubt. But they are no where nere tested or seasoned enough to handle you guys.

I'll say SA in six. Paul is a handful, but I think if we let him get his and focus on shutting down his running mates, we should be fine.

that's what the Mav's thought and they got waxed, I just hope we can get the first game out in New Orleans.
