25 all. 8 to go in the 2nd.
Timmy playing well, Fin and Tolliver hitting some early shots.
Ime, Mason and Vaughn an awesome 0-13!
Bowen not starting for the first time ever in a spurs uniform i think.

Half time.
41-38 knicks.
can't tell from a box score, but with the knicks shooting 36% we might be having a decent defensive game.
Tolliver has gone cold 1-4. Udoka disapointing still has hit anything.
Duncan 15 points 7-9 shooting.
Hill 5 points and 3 boards, no assists 2-6 shooting.
If with a shot for this one. If Mason and Udoka can find there shot in the second half, spread the floor for timmy we might be able to get away with this one.

Nice Hill with back to back shots, including a three.
back in the lead 50-48
Mason still to hit a shot.

Up three going into the 4th.
Mason FINALLY hits a shot. Fin remembering how to shoot. Bowen with clutch three to end the quarter.
Crawford is going nuts. 25 points, 5-6 3pt.
Really need to lock him down or we are in trouble.

Nice win for the Spurs.

I know the stats were not too impressive, but I liked what I saw from Hill. He started out looking really nervous or confused or something, then by the second half, he looked comfortable and like he belongs out there! He looks like he's getting confidence and the green light from Pop. I won't be surprised if he builds on this, Pop looks like he believes in him and Hill is gaining confidence because of that. I mean, if Pop told ME I had potential, I would believe it too, after all, it's POP!

Other than that, not sure anyone outside of Timmy impressed me, but it's a start. Maybe Tolliver shakes it off like Hill did and starts believing in himself too. Will be fun to watch those guys.

defense and rebounding..that will keep us in games..

we missed A LOT of wide open shots in this game, but we managed to win with great defense and rebounding..Knicks offense has been good this year too..tomorrow is a big test with the back to back..

Got to watch the game on NBA League Pass Broadband free preview... thought i'd share my thoughts after watching the first full Spurs game I have this season.

-Tolliver looked pretty good, but he is WAY too in love with his 3 pt shot.
-Hill impressed me, despite not putting up gaudy numbers.. I'm sure you guys are happy to get to see him (if there is a bright spot to the backcourt injuries)
-Duncan was himself...
-Finley rolled the clock back a couple of years and hit some really nice shots
-I was amazed to see Mason's well rounded stats after the game (although half of the points came from crap FTs at the end)... several rebounds and assists along with a few steals. I was actually pretty impressed with his PG abilities for the little bit that he ran that.

Good win over a half-way decent Knicks team (although, you'd think by the Knicks board that they should be top in the power rankings and Duhon will get MIP)

Defense was awesome last night! Good to see that for a change. Duncan was great, Hill had a good game, Finley actually made shots! It was good to see some energy in the team again...I could really see them believing in each other, hustling for loose balls, and helping out on defense. That kind of effort just wasn't there in the first 5 games.

Good win for you guys...it was tough to watch (both Teams played badly), but Pop's deep knowledge of how to beat D'Antoni over the Years won through...

Fun, much needed win

Bowen's still a top-notch role-player

Hill and Tolliver continue to impress me... Tolliver just needs to settle in a bit more to hit his shot better

Tolliver's going to bring that above-average agility, acitivity, and shooting up front

Defense was tremendous

Finley stepped up real well

Keep on digging Mason and his versatility

Can't wait to see Ian soon

I was glad that we eeked a W.

It was suprising to see both Bowen and Finley have good games together.

Hill didn't f'up.

TD had a great all around game...
