Spurs v Thunder

Post#1 » by the southern dandy » Mon Dec 15, 2008 1:12 am

Looks like we have a typical Spurs trap game right here. The Spurs don't seem to be falling into traps like they have in the past after their early struggles this season.

The Spurs defense has been sensational this season and I'm very confident that we'll see more of the same today.

Oklamhoma offers a few matchup problems for SA. Earl Watson has always been pretty good at keeping Tony out of the paint, so we can expect to see TP work for it today. Also none of our swingmen matchup well with Durant, I expect to see a lot of Bowen this game because of that.

109-104
Green played really well for the Thunder.
Parker hit some nice shots in the clutch.
TD at his 20-10 best, Bonner, Ginobili and Mason all hitting double figures.
Hill 9 points and 2 assists in 12 minutes.
Nice win by the spurs.

Pretty bad D in the 2nd half...no way we should have let them back in the game like that. Still, a W is a W.
