Stoudemire's spot turned out to be the most vulnerable; he nipped San Antonio's Bruce Bowen -- who isn't even starting for the Spurs right now -- in the starters' balloting by 68,031 votes.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3853409At least we can't say fans underrate good defense I suppose. I'm guessing a lot of you were voting every day for Bowen to beat Nowitzki, Anthony, Aldridge, and West in voting.

The game is in Phoenix....I'm guessing folks thought that the Phoenix people really wanted to see Bowen.

Wow - surprising result. I definitely didn't vote for him.
The ASG is boring enough without a 37 year old bricking corner 3's all day.

I'm shocked, just as shocked as my cardinals making it to the super bowl.

Trade Bowen for Gay. Memphis needs to sell some seats and having the 3rd most popular forward will do wonders with their attendance.

Would love to have Rudy on the team. Don't know if I would buy his jersey though.
