Untill reading this, I didn't realize the Rockets were 42-24 ... without McGrady. I like how Scola turned out for them.

He's doing pretty well for the Rox during his two seasons with the team. Too bad the Spurs weren't able to keep him. Speaking of international players. Does anyone have an update on Tiago Splitter overseas?

Splitter signed an extension with Tau Ceramica thru to 2012, or at least that's what I thought. I don't think we'll see him over here anytime soon.

Well that sux for the Spurs. I wish he came on through so TD could teach him a few things early on while TD still got it.

I think in Splitter's case, he earns more money on his current contract than the rookie deal he would get in the NBA, plus he probably prefers the Euro way of life.

Yeah it is kinda important that we win this game... they aren't too far behind us.

Gooden's "true" debut...great contribution from him. If Manu can come back relatively healthy for the last 5-7 games of the regular season, I really like our chances.

Tony parker has been nothing short of astonishing!
With a good Gino, I really like our chances. TP has really improved this season again, I don't know what's his ceiling is, but when Gino and Duncan are retired (soon I'm afraid), at least he'll be able to show younger players what it takes to improve, what it takes to win.
