As a Cavs fan, I remember how Gooden was for us a couple years ago. Sometimes he was good, sometimes not so good. But, the big issue was that he just didn't seem to be concentrating and therefore would just blow a couple plays a game and it would just leave you scratching your head. How'd he play for you guys, because the Cavs really could use a PF the rebounded well and could hit the 15-17 ft jump shot?

The level of interest (or lack of it) shown by other teams might give you a clue as to how good he was.

Still dont think Gooden has gotten over his injuries. I was expecting alot more out of him last year. Still think he would be a decent pick up for someone just not us. We are over the cap and plenty of depth in the front court. He's capable of putting up good numbers when healthy.

I actually liked him when he plays. It's just that it doesn't look like he knows the system or his teammates very well. He just doesn't look comfortable out there. But I think he puts the effort when he's on the floor and he definitely gave us athleticism and even did a good job on post ups.

I thought he did a good job for us. If we didnt pick up Dice or G. Davis I think he was option D.

Well he scored points... and rebounded at times but other than that... he is always lost on rotations and was out of the playoff rotation because of his defensive liabilities.
