I don't understand how the Sixers agree to trading Iguodala and letting us get Ginobili back. Sounds impossible to me.

Haha. Thats funny what are you smoking bud. The 76ers would never pull a deal like that. Give up AI for RJ dont think so. Give up Brand for Manu's expiring contract. haha

If we get Manu back I don't see any reason why we wouldn't do this. Iggy is worth taking back Brands terrible contract and i'm sure we could make some use out of him.

This is a runaway win for the Spurs. Timmy D, McDyess, Brand, Blair, and Bonner in the front court... sick. Park/Iggy/Manu/Mason. Just pure nasty. Take this and run.

Sixers are the third worst team in the league (something like that). If Igoudala/Brand is not taking them to the playoffs then something is wrong (their not franchise players.). Got to rebuild with the young core they have (Young, Speights, Holiday, and Williams). So with Igoudala in his prime and Brand not in his prime (still very effective) can really make the Spurs trouble for the Lakers. Its a total waste of time for them to even spend their career here in Philly. No cap/room for this franchise to move foward therefore a long wait for a franchise player. Can't wait that long, got to unload and start over.

I'm sure if they were after cap relief they could get a much better deal than Jefferson and a late first rounder.
Trust me if i was offered this trade, after i cleaned myself, up i would take the offer no questions asked if i was San Antonio.
But I still can't see why the Sixers do it. Adding Jefferson can't be good for Young's development, they'll have to keep playing him out of position.

Haven't seen EB play in a while, has he been good this yr?

How about RJ for Murphy/Hibbert? The salaries match. There's just absolutely not a snowballs chance in hell the Pacers part with those two for RJ.

But a man can dream.

Eh I'm not fond of parting ways with Jefferson..Richard Jefferson has actually been a valuable part of our offense making us the 4th best in the league...better than LA, Orlando, Boston, and Cleveland. His numbers may be down but that can be applied to everyone not named Duncan..However, that doesn't mean he's struggling or trying to adapt to the system...far from it. It just means that Pop is giving everyone a chance to get their shots while game planning with the playoffs in mind..The worst thing that could possibly happen is an injury to our core while preparing for one more run in the postseason..We don't want a repeat of what happened last time...which is why we're seeing less and less Duncan and Ginobili and more and more Parker, Hill, Mason, Dyess, and so on.

He's been absolutely terrible.
