Do the chickens have large talons?
Do they have what?
Large talons.
I don't understand a word you just said.

That's how I feel about this article.

One time I vomited in middle school and a marshmallow from that mornings Lucky Charms breakfast came flying out my nose.

Just thought I would write something in this thread that is more entertaining than reading Clay Bennett try to speak English.

It sounds like to me, he wants everybody to hand over money to make him profitable. What an idiot.

If this is the best he can come up with then, the sonics will be playing in seattle next season.

So a lease renegotiation and a $120 million upgrade are fine in OKC but a lease renegotiation and a $200 million upgrade are inadequate in Seattle?

Good faith effort, my ass.

There's something way too obvious about his comments on economics in OKC versus Seattle. How stupid is it to be so blatantly two-faced? It's like he's setting himself up to fail on purpose. I don't get it.

I have to agree, it is very odd that Clay is so foolishly talking out of both sides of his mouth and allowing himself to be quoted publically while doing so. It is going to be a mess for him, when he gets called to the stand in June in front of the Federal Judge and has to explain his two faced remarks.

Combine that with the foolish talk from the minority owner who allowed himself to be publically quoted as saying they never intended to keep the team in Seattle and I think the June trial is going to be a real mess for the Sonics' ownership group and a real black eye for the NBA.

Really, if the City's attorneys are worth their salt, they should have a field day questioning Clay, Aubrey and the Oklahoma City mayor under oath on the witness stand.
