Baron Davis?

Post#1 » by yearsago » Tue Apr 15, 2008 2:21 pm

So I read the headline this morning, Baron Davis could opt out of his contract.

If we don't get Rose, but Beasley, Do we go after Baron Davis hard?

A team with Davis, Durant and Beasley? Might be fun.

No thanks.

Davis somehow managed to stay healthy in a contract year, but other then that he's always had injury problems and never almost never plays a full season.

Yes he's very talented and can lead a team, but his injury problems are just too big of a problem to me, to be alright with giving him a max contract over at least 5 years.

If we do get Beasley (hypothetically), Do we roll out Watson next year? Or Ridnour?

If roll out means play, then i'm all for rolling out Watson.
Ridnour's just not going to cut it anymore, while Watson has been really solid those last 2+ months.
