No way hibbert at 24 !
Rather take dorsey or dj white in the second more heart than size.bill walker, jason thompson, javalle mcgee ,speights and batum at 24 .all these players have dropped to 24 on various mocks ive seen.whoever avaliable id be happy with.

bill walker-high school star potential top 5 pick before acl
jason thompson-college competion poor but excelled this year
javalle mcgee-andrew bynum mark 2 (basketball in the blood-mum)at 24 worth the risk
speights-good prospect worth taking at 24.
batum-2nd top euro sg/sf

at 32 take any of above that are still avaliable but I doubt any will still be there.
we should then start looking at dorsey, white, hibbert, ajinca ,pekovic, aussie shaq, and koufus (if still avaliable).no automatic contract for 2nd rounders and dont get stuck with another rookie big bust.

I don't think that Walker falls out of the first round. I watched him quite a bit when tuning in to games to get a look at Beasley and was pretty impressed. At times he looked like the best player on the court and almost always displayed the most hustle/desire. If Donte Greene falls that far or you need to package a second rounder to move up a few spots to take him I think you give that a shot. The things he needs to improve on come with experience and he would create matchup problems. I agree that SG/SF is a big need and both Walker and Greene would fill that role off the bench. Anyone know how Walker and Beasley get along? It seems like there was a bit of friction at times between them this year.

Mayo went to USC and clashed with Hackett. Mayo is best friends with Walker, and they even talked about it when KSU beat USC in the first round of the NCAA tourney.

I am not a Hibbert fan. I think the thing the Sonics do best is run. We need someone that is more athletic and doesn't slow things down. I would prefer one of the Lopez twins or McGee. Pekovic would be a good choice if he would come to the US. Harden might be a long term prospect.

Guy is killing everyone in pre-draft workouts 1 on 1
Those that impressed in the drills ranged from the instinctive do-it all offensive sparkplug types like Lester Hudson (unstoppable in the 1 on 1 drills in particular)

Lester Hudson showed mostly a mixed bag on both ends of the floor, struggling defensively trying to contain Ty Lawson, while showing nice creativity and vision with some occasional passes but also looking too lackadaisical making sloppy scoops that led to turnovers. There is no question that the guy can play, but he remains fairly unpolished at this point.

Quotes from DraftExpress about his performance today.

Its a second round pick, he seems more hit or miss then a "simply is" player like Malik Hairston, who I think has an almost polished mediocre game.

Take a gamble? I think we should.

I hope everyone is thinking about the number of picks that we have compared to the amount of players we're going to draft, and I literally think that we will probably go with 3 to 4 at the most, the last guy will be european if it's 4 picks but if not than that means we're taking the 4th pick, another first rounder, b/c most of us know they won't stay at the 24th pick and a second rounder.

So don't go crazy saying we can get a bunch of players.
