yeah, total bonner by wally. watson said that pj told them in the privious huddle that they where out of t.o's. good game though. wheezy and collison played very well. actually all of the bigs did well, of course the suns only have one and a half power forwards and a bunch of guards and small forwards.
Don't act like you're not impressed.

Wally's a bonehead...but as head coach, shouldn't PJ have reminded them that there were no time outs left? The only people who know if he did or didn't are the players and assistants, but I'm just assuming that he didn't tell them about the timeout situation. I would love to think Wally isn't that big of a bonehead to call a timeout after PJ just told him we didn't have any 30 seconds beforehand. But you never know I guess.
And yes, Wally should have been aware of it, but players sometimes get caught up in the moment. As KC said during the game last night, players are virtually trained to automatically take a timeout when they can't get the ball inbounds.
It was a heartbreaking loss though...we had fought so hard to stay in the game the entire way....even when Durant was having a bad night.
And I've been biting my lip to say this for a few games now, thinking he'll come back down to Earth...but what's up with Petro? Is Mark Bryant really that big of an influence on him? He must be able to get through to him somehow--something Sikma couldn't do as Centers coach.
