You're right wiff and i agree with PJ in that we need to evaluate our players and that there ain't no true hiearchy on this team.

Though, i hope that PJ sets a rotation real quick and that it doesn't looks like at the start of the season, when no one knew what was expected of him and when they struggled to find any rhythm.

BTW: I don't see PJ cutting into Durant's and Green's minutes. I think that Swift, if healthy, will play KT's role, while Watson will be benched to give Ridnour and West more minutes and with Gelabale playing in front of Wilkins, while also taking away some of them from Wally.

So i guess the rotation will look like that:

Rindour - Durant - Green - Wilcox - Swift
West - Gelabale - Wally - Collison - Petro

Once again I have to ask, how do they have the nerve to ask customers to pay for a ticket to watch this nonsense?

Once again I have to reply with "Rome wasn't built in a day".

They only team that I can remember that hasn't had to hit bottom for a few years before they shoot back to the top were the David Robinson Spurs. But even then he broke his foot and they tanked to land Duncan.

Orlando sucked before the landed Howard.

Cleveland sucked before they landed LeBron

Boston sucked before they made a trade for your idol Ray Allen and KG

Detroit was in the cellar for a few years before they got good

It's simply part of the sport Dick you need to stink before you can get good again. Well you can get really lucky in the draft. Hopefully for the Sonics this will be the only season the Sonics will be "THIS" bad.

I think the Sonics will have a shot at an 8th seed next season. And that's right where they were with Ray( the target of your man crush :cuddle ) and Lewis.

A one season overhaul seems reasonable to the big picture. Of course part of the picture can get even uglier but we don't really need to bring up the Okies.

One season? I'm not seeing any indication that this overhaul is going to be completed anytime in the near future.

How about you simply take my word for it and at the end of next season if the Sonics don't win more than 38 games you can then start to complain about how Presti sucks.

But
Imageman we are barely into the rebuild. The Sonics haven't even passed the first trade deadline. A lot can happen in the next week. Or we might just have to wait until the draft to make more moves. But take a breath.

^I really want him to. He was a valuable player in Boston and has just been treated with complete disrespect and neglect here to the point where his morale has pretty much hit rock bottom. I'd like to see him with a well-defined role after the break if for nothing else but to see if we want him here or not. The way he played in Boston suggests that he's a "Presti type" (versatile, hard working, enthusiastic, team leader) but has just been treated like a number this season.
