What team do you root for?

I'm guessing warriors they're like clay Bennet's most hated team.

I grew up with the Sonics. Once we got a team here in Vancouver I obviously became a Grizzlies fan. Once we lost the Grizzlies I went back to the Sonics and routinely made the two hour drive south for games. When the Sonics left I became a Trailblazers fan and now make a couple five hour drives a season down the I-5 and stay overnight.

I like to stay close to home so I'm sticking with the only Pacific Northwest team. And to be honest I don't really care that Toronto is our only Canadian team.

I still remember my green sonic ball ... For some reason , I don't like rooting for everyone's favorite team , bulls / cavalier's..
I don't mind rooting for the warriors especially since everyone hates them.
Yeah and I want you guys to get your team ...
I feel you guys deserve it more than some other fanbase.

I didn't even know this forum existed!

When the team moved I ended up following the Blazers, because

- Nate McMillan
- Brandon Roy
- Paul Allen was the owner (although he wasn't interested in basketball much, at least he was a Seattle figure)
- Proximity

I've moved to Chicago since then but am still waiting for a return.

No one!

I watch a couple of teams/young players but the interest isn't that huge currently.

BTW: What do you guys make of the current developments in this arena saga?
Seems like OVG will get the nod on Dec. 4th and be able to start rebuilding the Key, while Hansen's done.
Leiweke said the NHL will play there in 2020 while the NBA will follow within 3 - 10(yikes) years.
Also, seems like he's got the backing of both Bettmann and Silver.

HEAT (moved to FL in '96), Lakers (first love), and Knicks (born in Brooklyn), in that order.

I follow the league, don't follow a specific team, until the Sonics get their team back.

I root for the Cavs because I like LeBron. I'd feel like I'm betraying the spiritual Supes if I root for any other team on the west coast, so I'm no Blazers fan and I'm certainly no Lakers or Warriors fan either.

Milwaukee now,for Giannis.

He's the reason i started watcing nba again. Hopefully KD will get his brains checked and he will be a likable guy again because now it's difficult to defend him

I follow the Pels loosely and happy to see them win but it's just not the same.

Blazers, because of Dame.

Sacramento, half because it's where I moved after I left Washington and half because they almost lost their team as well... even if they were going to come to Seattle.

Grew up a Sonics and Raps fans - Ray Allen is my favorite player of all time.

Now only a Raps fan.

Hope Seattle gets a team again.
