Durant & Green both make rookie game

Post#1 » by djthesonicsfan » Thu Jan 31, 2008 8:31 am

Just read an article announcing both our rookies will be playing in this year's all star game. Well deserved honor for both. A bit surprised A Thorton didn't make it.

I'm actually a bit surprised Green was invited. I'm not too sure he deserved an invitation..he hasn't really played well IMO. He's had his moments I guess.

I think it was a close call. Al Thorton, Nick Young, Thad Young, Daequan Cook, Glen Davis, or Rodney Stuckey could have easily made it instead of Green. Personally, I think that Thorton should have been selected.

I really like you getting 2 spots...you are such a young up and coming team and I really like the green-durant combo...congrats!

OT: Plz take a look at the link in my sig...there are only 2 slots open in the 08-fanatsy-draft (starting after the Allstargame) and it would be a pity if you would miss it!
