I just heard on "The Herd", that although the average salary of the NBA is 5mil a year. Within 5 years of being out of the league 60% of the guys are broke.
Yet I still have absolutely no simpathy for Latrell. That guy made more coin in one year than most of us will see in a life time.
Enjoy being flat broke Latrell. And you know what sounds like broke? Choke!
Latrell Sprewell's yacht sold at auction on Monday and his home could be foreclosed in order to pay the $1.3 million he owes on the yacht.
In court documents, the bank said Sprewell owed $295,138 in outstanding payments plus interest on his house.
Sprewell failed to make his mortgage payments of $2,593 per month from September 2007 to January 2008, the documents said.
