Are the Sonics dumb?

A blurb in today's NY Post indicated that in terms of low basketball IQ, the Sonics are giving the Knicks a run for their money. Two recent examples were the Webber-esque timeout by Wally World and the intentional foul off the ball by Collison in the final two minutes of the Chicago game. You expect the occasional boneheaded mistake from a young team, but not from vets like Szczerbiak and Collison. Are we not getting good enough coaching here?

I've read somewhere that Zerb isn't getting the defense...or refuses to get it when PJ tells him what to do in practice. If I could find they link I'll post it.

wally isn't getting the defense? or is refusing to get it? my god! how could this be? he was such a great defender when.......when.....oh yeah, he has never been a good defender. and guys do make mistakes in pressure situations, regardless of how bad or good the coach is. it doesn't mean they are dumb.

Sure it means that person is dumb. If they can't remember how many time outs they have then they must not be scoring high on any IQ test.
Maybe he took to many blows to the head?
