After beating the Denver Nuggets in double overtime and finally winning a game again, the Sonics will head to Dallas, to open their Texas triangle road trip against Dirk Nowitzki and his Dallas Mavericks.

Sonics rookies Kevin Durant and Jeff Green set a new record against the Nuggets, as they were the first ever rookie combo to score 72 points in a game. They'll now try to keep this up against the Mavs.

When and Where?

Questions:
Will Watson be able to somehow limit Kidd?
Can Green keep up his great play against a guy like Josh Howard?
Will Collison be able to stay out of foul trouble against Dirk?
What will Petro be able to give us?

kd to green for the alley oop! and kc/johnson with a classic call.

not much interest out here tonight i guess........

keep up the great work on the game threads det.

if and when this team moves, i guess we can all just walk away. but until then, don't give up.

remember 96. down 3-0 to the bulls. did gp, kemp, det, hawk just give up? nope. even though they eventually lost, they played their hearts out and FORCED the bulls to play 2 more games and win it at home.

dont ever just give up. ever.
