I'm sure you have discussed this before, but in light of the recent e-mails could not a case be made that there was falsefied advertising done by this ownership group to intentionally trick Seattle residents into thinking the team wanted to stay so that fans would continue to go to games and spend money on tickets and concenssions?
We must have lawyers involved in SOS. I have to think there is some precedent for something like this. Perhaps a lawsuit that seeks repayment for all season ticket holders and anyone who purchased single game tickets or packages at Ticketmaster or through the Sonics box office.
No doubt a long shot to win, but creating one more thing for Bennet and his group to have to spend money fighting might be satisfaction enough.
