Knicks Fan Here: Class Action Lawsuit ?

Yall can do that right.

Sue the NBA holding up the move until a trail is finished because Stern seems to be on some Tony Montana he can do what he wants type stuff..

So If the letters show that the intention was always to move and the only reason the team was sold was because they believed it would remain shouldn't this be illegal or did the Owners voting screw you all over.

Don't worry, as far as i know, that will happen after the other two(or even the citie's) lawsuit are over.

They have to vote on the move again if they don't move this year. Since the city's lawsuit will most likely win because there's not really any grounds to break the lease it won't be possible for them to move this season. It's also very possible that Bennett and CO won't even be the owners next season after Shultz's lawsuit. Go to sonicscentral.com to read about the proceedings.

Class action on what grounds? The team has not obligation to the fans, so not sure how this would be done. Also, isn't a class action suit filed as an individual suit which is then certified as class action if there are enough parties? I just don't see how this would get worked out.
