Was wondering what you thought of this trade:

Mia Recieves: Ridnour, Marshall, Wilkins, Griffin, #4
Seattle Receives: Marion

You guys get lots of cap room at the end of the year and Marion who would fit well as power forward.

While Marion is a nice player he isn't a good fit. He is 30 years old, has a huge contract and at 6-7 too small for PF. If the Sonics want a PF they have their choice in the draft of several who will still be in the league when Kevin Durant is old enough to order a beer. Because the team has expunged all of its big contracts it is necessary to throw in too many Sonic players to equal the contract of someone like Marion. Thanks, for asking. Maybe a swap of 2 for 4 if you all want to trade down?

Terrible offer for what our team is trying to do. Sometimes I wonder if people think before they come up with trades.

They think they can take advantage of us, Presti has worked the league like his bitch his first real season, and people have to know that we want the number 4th to 6th pick, and another lottery pick. We are building around Kevin Durant. Not trying to help you.

How about... Ridnour, Marshall, Wilkins, Griffin & #24 for Marion?

Sure, and then we can flip him over to someone we can trade for someone in this draft. Very good sir.

TOTAL CRAPOLA!!!

Let's see this trade only goes down if Marion chooses not to opt out of his 17million dollar contract.

Then just for fun let's throw in some reasoning and common sense.

#1 Marion will be over 31 when his contract expires.

#2 The Sonics won't be close to competing for a championship.

#3 Since Marion has no rings you think he wants to stick around and possibly end up moving to OKC? Let's weigh our options here.

Sonics gift you the #4 pick for a freakin one year rental?

Man you must be high on some of the best drugs Miami has to offer if actually think this is a reasonable trade offer.

Why don't we just throw in Durant as cap filler?

Neither team would do this.

This would certainly create two interesting teams. I would prefer to watch the young guys like Durant and Beasley develop rather than the old expensive guys like Wade and Marion grow older. How about if we give you a PG and a couple firsts for #2?
