I don't think they should get rid of our forum until there is something clear about the Schultz case. That could be in a matter of days, weeks, or months. I for one would rather see our forum go soon because I can't take seeing everyone say goodbye like this. This is just unreal...

I've lost my hunger and sleep over this..not a wink of sleep last night. Plus, it's been thunder and lightning at my house all night. Do you think that is God's way of saying the Sonics shouldn't move?

When the Hornets left they put up the Bobcats forum even before the Bobcats got in the league. I am wondering if something like that can happen here.

I've talked to the powers at be about it, not surprisingly. They're considering how best to both let the Seattle fanbase say their piece and also allow the new OKC fans to build their own community. Which is entirely reasonable...

I actually would like to continue reading and responding to my fellow Sonics posters. Over the past 5 years I grew a bond between the regulars.

I have also talked to some of the higher ups and I think it is possible for there still be to a Seattle Sonics page, while they add an OKC __________________ page.

IMO, as long as there's action on here, it should stay. Especially if you guys are going to still keep up with the NBA.

I can't imagine what you guys are going through. I'm from Toronto and I know that if it wasn't for Vince Carter, we would have lost our team a long time ago. I don't know what I'd do if there wasn't an NBA franchise in Toronto. My condolences to all of you. I'm confident Seattle will once again be home to the Sonics in the future.

I would say keep the forum going. The fans here seem to be great and looks like they keep this forum active. Maybee this could be the one of the Throw back forums or something like that. Realgm shouldn't pull a Stern and let this forum go.

Hey sonic fans...a raptor fan here. I really feel bad when a team moves, hopefully you guys will get a new team soon. I was just wondering, are you people now going to support the new Oklahoma city team as your home team? Will you people be posting on the OKC board or will you guys stop visiting the forum...I cant even begin to imagine how I would feel

There is already a thread asking that question. Most people answered with a resounding NO!

The Seattle Sonics board will remain untouched. The community here will continue to post on this board just like they did at this time a year ago.
