This is not fair

your franchise has been successful and is rich with history. This is not right. Im a washington bullet fan and I still remembering playing the Sonics in back to back finals.

This is really tragic. Luckily, you can keep your name and colors for the next expansion team. Miami and Atlanta fans dont even support their team and they get to have franchises. Not fair

Thanks for your kind words, but this is simply not the case. What does any of this matter when the Mayor couldn't even preserve OUR history? What's the point of getting to keep the team name and colors if it will have to be a SHARED history? Oklahoma had absolutely nothing to do with our championship in '79, or our great early-late 90's runs in the playoffs. Hearing they own our records makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

This is worse than the Cleveland Browns situation. At least they were given a promise of a new team. At least they get to keep everything---everything that shows what that city and team were about throughout their history. We don't even get that, and it's just sad that there apparently is a dollar amount that can be put on all that.
