Might as well post this again since it’s focussed on our range and ended up on the last page of the previous thread!

I wish there were more rounds to the draft, like 4 in total.

more chances to draft and stash, more trade chips.

Give 2nd rounders a minimum of an exhibit-10 deal.

Give 3rd rounders a camp invite

4th rounders get no guarantees (most likely stashes)

Hope we go with one of Jaylin Williams, Christian Koloko or Justin Lewis at 33.

Really like those first two. Koloko is a great fit with us in my opinion.

My three options for pick 33 are strongly local, because it would be bizarre that we pass on all three in such a Canadian heavy draft without there being some blue-chip guy falling into our laps:

1. Caleb Houstan - Rationale: He is a young projectable movement shooter and at 6'8 has great size; played with Scottie at Montverde and probably will develop well in Mississauga - where he was born.
2. Andrew Nembhard - Rationale: Best all-around PG in class and from 2nd rounders he looks like he will have a long career as a back-up ala Tyus Jones; Nurse will know his game well
3. Leonard Miller - Rationale: Nice size and skill combo who will need 2 years of seasoning but his story growing up in Scarborough is inspiring like Banton. The only question is how good is it to be home for young guys like him (distractions).

Undrafted - camp deals/summer league
Kenneth Lofton Jr - So weird you have to explore it
Mouhamadou Gueye - Chirs Bouhcer 2.0
JD Notae - classic score-first 905 PG

Reminds me of perry Jones, Anthony Randolph types. Unbelievable physical tools but unable to put it all together. I personally can’t see them go after that fella. The raps love their physical profiles like these, but definitely historically like some actual of production, minus the Bruno pick. Peytons percentages were terrible.

I think Jeremy Sochan is being ranked too high and could fall on draft day. He seems to be ranked in a tier with a wing like Tari Eason and I don’t think he’s at that level. I think he’s closer to Dalen Terry and Josh Minott.
