Merry Christmas realgm crew, enjoy a day of watching real basketball for a change
Wife got me baller seats for the new years day game and a Scottie jersey, I am definitely not mad at either of those things
I booked us a trip to LA in May, maybe I'll get to see a playoff game depending how the cards fall

Re: Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Located in the remote Local Service District of Bunyan's Cove Newfoundland lives the East Coast Yeti. Standing at a reported 9 ft 16 inches, this giant of a creature can be found roaming the wilderness in it's "camouflage" attire. With the awkwardness of a wobbly newborn moose wearing a poorly constructed clown outfit, this creature stumbles around the backwoods feeding on fermented partridge berries and bunchberry dogwood. In warmer weather it can easily spotted , attempting to sneak along the coastline ; where it will often stop to be-friend jellyfish that have washed up along the sea shore.
When the Newfoundland sasquatch is spooked, it triggers a highly sensitive defense mechanism. First comes a smile. Followed quickly by a giggle or chuckle. At this point it's critical that you immediately retreat, without eye contact. But if further provoked, this abominable snowman wannabe begins howling with fits of hysterical laughter. Before it runs off back into da woods, it will often leave behind a piece of it's costume; ranging from silly hats to Christmas tree ornaments or painted rocks with the initials "E" "C" Y" on them. So if you're ever out hiking or tossin' the cast-net into the water, and stumble upon a festive trinket lying on the ground, or staged across fence-line, know that the East Coast Yeti is in your neck of da woods. So keep your eye on the ground.
This Yeti's jovial buffoonery can be heard "across da bay" and all throughout the mountain tops, from the far reaches of west coast Corner Brook to the blustery shores of the Avalon in St.John's , across the sea to Fogo Island and all throughout the Burin Peninsula. Nothing can escape the hysterical grasp of this rotund behemoth. Rumour has it, this creature was even spotted once near Nippers Harbour, south of LaScie, attempting to crawl into a fishermen's lobster trap and hide from the locals. It may not be the most clever wood ape, but don't let it fool you. The East Coast Yeti has an endless supply of ridiculousness to share with anyone who dares to come near it.
Those foolish enough to dare tracking this ridiculous giant, should attempt to proceed with caution. Consider this warning from a citizen of Bunyan's Cove: "I was havin' a peaceful walk along da beach, when I spotted this gargantuan creature off in the distance" stated local Shawn Keats. "It was dressed like a poorly decorated Christmas tree", Shawn chuckled, and then added "I couldn't believe my eyes, but I had to get a closer look for meself. It was only until I was aboot 10 feet away that I realized this towering long-legged monster was decorating a fence-line with festive costume attire". "To my regret, I made eye-contact with this jumbo-sized circus ornament and it immediately turned it's gaze directly at me where I stood. First it began to smile back at me, then the chuckling started and immediately after came the bellowing laughter. Before I knew it by, I was back in me garage with a bottle of Screech in my hand , with no clue how I got there!" . " The whole experience was a combination of rewarding, ridiculous and scared the hell outta me" he ended.
So let this be a warning to you locals and travelers across the island. Whenever you hear fits of chuckling, hooting, giggling, tittering, or guffaws across the winds of The Rock, you'll know that the East Coast Yeti has been spotted once again.

It’s a good idea, but so many players are on new contracts every year that it seems like no one can get traded before January 15 anyways.
