lakers cant trade 26 (since the pick they owe to pelicans in 24, pelicans can defer 25 instead)
so 25, 26 are blocked.
27 is traded to utah, thus 28 is blocked.
can only trade one of 29 or 30, not both.

That's why I said they'd need to get a '27 pick back in trade in order to unlock 26 and 28. Might have needed to read the full post more carefully.

What do you mean? They can't trade 25 regardless BECAUSE of Stepien. They don't have a 24 pick. So they HAVE to keep 25. Meaning, they can trade 26 if they have 27.

pelicans have option of deferring 24 pick to 25(the one lakers owe from AD trade), thus 26 is blocked because of stepian rule.
