He dominated the top ten highlight lists those first 3 years. The only other person who consistently had so many amazing plays was young MJ. He did something every game where people/players had that "did he just do that" look at each other... like wtf

Why do people do this? Carter might have been a net positive for team awareness in the US, but he was a net negative for the team. No free agent Canadian player has said, "I want to play for Toronto because of VC."

Not one.

No, you don't get your jersey retired because of some video showing a collection of your dunks.

How long do I have to live without someone digging up this person?

Can we not enjoy what we have today without tainting it with reminders of past pain?

Because it's been a long enough time to move past the 'pain'. The Raptors winning the championship in 2019 should have been the final cleanser for anyone who still held onto grief for VC and his trade sinking championship hopes.

We are long past due being able to reminisce about the good moments, which, in the big picture, did more for the franchise than the bad times with Vince.
