One of the most frustrating players to watch as fans due to his availability or lack-there-of.

When we signed him, it kind of came out of nowhere for me. At the time I wanted the Raps to sign DiVincenzo. But when we signed him I was actually pretty happy with it, and thought he could provide excellent shooting and smart all around play. Guess my first instinct was the better one.

Oh well, it was still probably worth a shot. It really sucks that it didn't work out here, but it's not like his contract was a big burden or anything.

Best of luck to him going forward!

Warriors fan here and he was a key contributor for us off the bench in the last championship season. It sucked to see him leave but I think his Canadian wife wanted to go to Toronto. He played 63 games for us, the most since the 17-18 season. Not only that, but he played in 19 out of the 23 playoff games during the championship run. Basically almost played in as many playoff games in 1 playoff run than regular season games for the Raptors the last 1.5+ years.

Wanted him to re-sign but in the back of my mind I knew we were very lucky to get as many games out of him as we did and it was a pretty good chance he'd revert back to being mostly injury prone. Unfortunately that's what happened. Too bad because he's a good player and a pretty good dude.
Brian Geltzeiler: You see Mark Jackson getting a head coaching job as early as next year?

Adrian Wojnarowski: Not if people make calls on him. Not if an organization is doing their homework and knows all the things he brings with him.

Yeah, I was a fan of Otto before his stint with us. The injuries are a shame because he was supposed to be a good connecting piece around Siakam/Barnes/OG. That never came to fruition. In an extreme sense, it altered the course of this franchise.
