He wasn’t washed, but we knew the prime was at its end. 36-38 is not the time to be giving someone a 3 year, 90 mil contract. I’d give it to steph, but it’s so rare that this type of play is a good play. Lowrys very good at getting paid though.

His last game as a rap against Philly was epic, but yes, he was about to be washed, just wasn’t in a raps uni.

It was an OK win now move by Miami. They had cap room at the time. Unfortunately for them they were impatient and had they waited a bit more they could’ve had more flexibility to get KD or Dame. Kyle was the big winner, securing his last major deal before retirement.

I imagine Embiid to be back and they aren't losing the playing if so, they still have a 26-8 record when he plays, but that's a hell of an uphill battle.
