I have a tremendous amount of respect for Jerry West just how he really gave his life to basketball.

He was a player, coach and one of the absolute best GMs ever with one of greatest eyes for talent - he was literally involved with the sport since he was a child until the day he died. I just loved his quote (paraphrasing) how he doesn't fear dogs because he was a wolf!

RIP Logo, you gave your entire life to the game and earned it.

Started watching nba in 1971 and he was my favorite player, along with Knicks team at the time... pure shooter...
