After so many WOJbombs shared with the world he decided to keep one last one all to himself. RIP Woj.

Way easier to stomach when you’ve already made the $ and your responsibilities go down to 150k level.

I wouldn't equate salaries with responsibilities in the college world.

College coaches from smaller conferences like the A-10, get paid much less, but are putting in the same effort as coaches from mega conferences who are making a million+. It doesn't mean they work any less, or the responsibilities are any lower. The goal for most is to get to the A level conferences.

"GM's" or Director of Operations at power schools are getting much more than $150K like coaches, but this is St. Bonaventure.
Woj wouldn't have the experience to get the job at a major program (nor may he want it, as his ties are to Bonnie) but St. Bonaventure is probably thinking that WOJ ability to create relationships and contacts will pay off huge in this new NCAA world of establishing NIL money sources for players, and getting in touch with potential transfers.

Thanks for helping me understand your perspective better.
I believe in Masai.
