I just checked (I have a book) and this is true, it is in the book - book was published in 2008.

It's amazing how easily people can be convinced of something without doing a little bit of research before posting as fact. Saw this garbage going around on Twitter and it got debunked pretty fast.

Sylvia Browne was a well know fraud in the industry. The majority of her predictions were proven false. For easy reference just look at the paragraph about about her fake prediction about a flesh eating virus in 2010. You people are so easily fooled it saddens me.

That Sylvia Browne book was written in 2008, but that paragraph about a pneumonia outbreak is actually written by a different author in 1981. It was a work of science fiction, not a doomsday prophecy. Also, if you read more the disease explained there says 100% kill rate and well COVID19 is closer to 0.2%-3.4%.

BUT no matter where she got it and what is the full context of it THE FACT is that it was published in 2008. What was debunked? She did not put any "kill rate" only paragraph shown here. I checked because I have the book.

Its believed she may have stolen the work from Dean Koontz in a science fiction novel written in 1981. Either way it doesn't matter she has been proven as a fraud and made thousands of predictions. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, don't be fooled so easily.
