You build good habits with young players & they improve. That's how it works.
I don't have an opinion on the coaching staff (not strong enough), but I'm curious can you name some examples of rebuilding teams who were building good habits with young guys while losing a lot?
The habits concern is overblown. Detroit set all kinds of futility records last year and I think most people are not aware they are above .500 right now.
A good player is a good player. We just don't have enough of them yet.
