there are still people on here who don't know what to watch on defense but Scottie has been outstanding.

Pretty unlikely and to be fair he doesn't really deserve it given that he's missed a chunk of games and our team has been horrid.

Mitchell, Garland, Giannis, Lillard, Tatum, Brown, Brunson, Towns, Wagner, Ball and Trae are pretty much locks and that only leaves 1 open spot.

Guys like Cade, Siakam, Herro, Mobley, Allen etc. will have a slight nod over Barnes because they are on better teams. Cade, in particular, has had a really nice season on a decent Pistons squad. Siakam has played really well as off late on a Pistons team that is rolling lately.

Maybe if Barnes was healthier and we were in a play-in seed he would have a good shot.

His only hope is that the East needs 2-3 injury replacements and he may get lucky.

His defence lately has been really good, but in no way should he be making an All defence team lol. Not until the team isn't one of the worst in the league at least.

He doesn't deserve to be an All Star. If he was healthy and playing like this all year, sure.

But the injuries were real and his struggles with those injuries are real.

Great player. I have no doubt in my mind that he is the most complete player from his draft class. Masai hit a homerun with him.

Wagner ahead of Barnes. No way.

Cade def deserves to get in over Barnes this year. Wagner puts up more offensive stats than Scottie, and Mobley puts up more D stats, so Scottie kinda stuck in the middle, where he's not going to get any votes over either guy. ORL needs a guy in the ASG so Wagner gets the obvious nod.

I think Cade, Wagner or Siakam will get in, and all three of them likely get in if there is an injury replacement.
