Dallas gets: Olynyk + 2025 2nd pick (Por)
Toronto gets: Kleber + 2025 1st pick (Dal Top 4 protected)

Olynyk can help their playmaking while Luka is out.

Can we flip Kleber and cash to LAC for PJ Tucker (waive)?

I would do this if they added on the 49th pick. There are some interesting C prospects around there

Not to mention, if Luka is injured all year (not crazy to think he re-aggravates it), that pick could end up decent.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

As a mavs fan, I'd rather keep Maxi, maxi is better than Kelly, or at least Dallas would perceive so, I guess the getting off of his deal is cool but it isn't worth giving up our only 1st for a while

Who cares where Fox wants to go. What about going after him instead of Ingram or being a filler in a Butler trade..?

Quickley and a pick (other than this years first round pick.)

For

De’Aaron Fox

Not sure how SA beat that offer…

Oh didn't realize Fox was a UFA after next year.

Unless we suddenly are a contender, he defintiy gone after next year, so it doesnt make sense to trade for him.

If the goal is to get back to losing then it's ok to trade him for a 2nd and salary ballast.
The good thing about BI is he can shoot over defenders.
The bad thing about BI is he can shoot over defenders.

I don’t want Fox, but I want to trade IQ too (he’s not a long term starting PG if we want to be contenders imo)

Fox I don’t want because of his 1) subpar 3 point shooting, 2) questionable defense, 3) he’s gonna want a big contract soon. Also, I’d be concerned that Mike Brown was right about calling him out.

I think it would take multiple picks to get him considering there will be competition.
