Hint: he's NOT A STAR.

good thing we're paying him the max.
It's a little tongue in cheek. He's a great player with clear strengths. He's obviously not a number 1 but i'm concerned that he may not even be a number 2 considering how poor his scoring has been.
He's also now, at best, third best player from the draft class. Cade and Mobley are obviously better. He's in the Franz and Sengun mix, might even be behind those guys.

Don't forget Jalen Johnson as well... I remember when Bill Simmons called Scottie overrated and buried him
on his player rankings and how outraged everyone was. Since his sophomore season I felt there was
something mentally wrong with him but it was a question of is it just youth or more to it and there is
a lot of red flags of weird/strange behaviour that might not get noticed or easily forgotten about that
you can see on Youtube.

Maluach would be perfect.

i hope we're not tanking to draft a backup center.

That's the media is pushing that narrative.

I think in reality it's so the team doesn't get fined for resting last year's all-star.

this is pretty much it. its cover so we dont' get fined. the word isn't out yet he's not really all that.

They are 16-14 in their last 30 games. It shows just how poorly they started the season.

They got ravaged by injuries when the season was at it's toughest then they got healthy when the schedule was
at it's easiest and they traded for a former All-Star in between it's been a wild year.

they'd be closer to 20-10 if they actually played the full roster, and that's assuming they still lose to all the higher level teams.

In my mind this year is pretty much a wash for all our players I won't judge them. But next year everyone's on the clock even if it means we have to have some uncomfortable conversations about our key players.

It shows that there's a lot of bad teams in the league too.

Didn't even know we had a game today. 76ers and Nets just keep losing but we just gotta keep pace being just 1 game back. Only around 12 games left let's finish strong

A coin toss is bound to finally go our way I guess. It would be nice to finish 5th so we don't hit the floor and end up with 10th. Philly is very aware of OKC having their pick if it's 7th or worst. I hope they screw that up for our sake. They should be investigated for what they are doing with Maxey since he's a star and being held out.
