Imo Jak with a 3 is a top 7 center in the league. He's not in the same sphere as KAT or Jokic, but he'd be firmly in that Mobley-tier. That's a high rizz center.

It's impossible to compete for a title with both your C and PF being unable to shoot and stretch the floor. If Barnes can't figure out how to swish from 3pt range then we need to look at stretch bigs. It's been 4 years now with no improvement, in fact there's been regression.

If you tell me that Barnes can't anchor a defense without an effective C and he can't be an impactful offensive player then how is he worth 35M?

In an ideal world where we are contenders both our C and PF should be able to shoot and anchor our defense, yeah I know those types are rare but that's why being a contender is hard.

This a shortsighted comment. It should be in the teams interest to at least have some type of familiarity on the court before next season. As far as we know, Ingram is not injured anymore, they are just cautious. Letting him play the last 3 games with the starters is not meaningless. Injuries can happen to anybody anytime even off the court.

Real games have more intensity tbh.

I dont see the point of bringing him back, but I can see the argument for it. If there is no chance of our tanking standing changing I am all for seeing a fully healthy lineup for a few games.

Did you watched any "real games"/regular season games the last couple years ? There's no intensity, it's a myth. Pre season = regular season - there's no difference. If you want intensity, we'll have to wait for the next playoff run. But this could take a few more years... to get some familiarity between the players and sets, a training camp and some pick up games are enough for the basics and fundamentals.
