Mediocre player traded for mediocre player.
Ball's contract is more flexible with the team option, so I guess CLE wins?

They also turned down two picks for Caruso, got a mid deal for LaVine and are holding onto Vucevic for only God knows what reason. I’ll never understand teams not trading players at their highest value.
Excellent trade for the Cavs and not a horrible trade for the Bulls if they believe they can rehab Okoro’s value as a 3 and D guy. The Cavs also drafted Tyrese Proctor, now all of a sudden they have size in the backcourt along with 6’6 Lonzo.
They're a bad FO making bad decisions is a pretty good summation.
Okoro had negative value. If it's even just a second rounder you just demand something to come with it.
Wonder if the Bulls are confident they can move PWill and are prepping some depth for replacements.

Well, the only player who had positive value was Caruso and they got a former lotto pick in Giddey.
Lavine is negative and mostly out
DeRozan left as a sign and trade (you don't get any value back in those deals)
And Lonzo is mostly hurt/out and don't have any real value.
I don't see any problem here.
