100% agree. Edey is Canadian. He's been described having exceptional work ethic at Purdue, so he's Masai's type. Dillingham is a PG, & we had FVV at the time, so the greater need was to find a true C, so Zack potentially was a pick that's both good fit and best player available for Raptors.

At the end of the day, those who originally supported the trade will continue to find reasons to support that it was a good trade and vice versa. With Masai gone, it's a good time for all to bury the hatchet and move on. It's done, a sunk cost.


I didn't originally or at any point support the trade.

But the logic is flawed

I don't normally bring up the trade on my own out of the blue. But if someone else does, I'm always going to say my piece because of how terrible it was. One of the worst in our history.

I really think it depends on this extension. If we can sign for 15% raise great. Anymore it does not grade as well.
