The other poll options are both too young, and still have too much surplus value potential remaining on their rookie scale deals to move as soon as now (which they would do with Ochai if the return made sense for them), given Gradey has 2 seasons left and Ja'Kobe has 3.

It's certainly a thought. But then we're getting into the guy who has the demonstrable skillset we're looking for compared to two guys who ostensibly possess the potential to match him (and maybe exceed him) one day, but with no real guarantee, you know? It's an interesting debate to have, with valid positions on both sides.

Trade whichever of the three has the best bang for the bunch. Otherwise, hold and let them fight for minutes.

I meant if he turns into a lesser version of Herro, that'd be good.

Gotcha, yeah I guess so. I'm not really a fan of Herro's game but there's no doubt he has skills.

Yeah, I mean he doesn't have to be a crappier clone or whatever, but a guy who can score efficiently, move the ball reasonably well and not be a disaster on defense is worthwhile. That's a nice projection for upside with Gradey, I'd think, even in lesser form.

I am hoping for him to be more of an off ball player than Herro is. But I'll take discount Herro as a low end for sure.

I mean, if he can figure out how to hit a 3 with a defender only kind of close instead of purely wide open, he'll already be that.

Projected minutes:

Any objections?

Personally, I'd give some of Gradey's minutes to Ochai and a couple of RJ's minutes to CMB.

I think games and minutes come down for Ingram,
And CMB should avg 20 per game at least imo
