The more I see CMB shoot the more confident I become of him developing that area of his game.

The improvement just in the last 2-3 months in his form is nice to see.

Masai and co. found another gem. This might be our last good draft pick for a while. I shudder at the thought of Dwane Casey making our draft selections for the next decade

Not sure why it didn't load the reel for me, but this is CMB locking up everyone at those same runs

Grown men literally bouncing right off his body. He’s so damn strong. He is gonna be such a special defender man. I’m so excited for his future

Summer league instilled more confidence in the kid.
He looks super comfortable out there playing w/ real NBA pros. Showing immense potential.

It looks like he should lose a little weight, but he clearly moves super well, it's weird, it's not like rookie Zion who definitely needed to lose weight even though his athleticism was generational. Maybe it's the big Arms on CMB that's throwing me off, but he is big boy.

I didn't even think about him pre-draft because of fit, I was sleeping on him still, fixated on Maluach for the same fit reason. I now like him more than anybody outta the top 5 / maybe Tre Johnson too, ino this board loved him, he looked cool SL

His guide hand is really involved in his shot. It’s going to be hard for his shot to have accuracy consistency when that’s the case.

Until he fixes that guide hand issue, his shot will continue to be unreliable from a catch and shot standpoint.

I sure hope this makes Raptors practices and scrimmages that much more competitive. BI/Scottie/RJ/IQ having to score on Shead/CMB/Mogbo is just going to make them better. CMB doesn't take possessions off.

That pull up jumper at the beginning was so smooth wow

For a guy who isn’t a shooter, I’m starting to see the path in which he can become one. I’m starting to believe he might be able to play the 3 in the league.

If he becomes a shooter, that completely opens things up with the lineup drastically.

Imagine Ingram - CMB - Scottie - Jakob

I have zero knowledge on shooting forms and what makes someone potentially good at it but just from the eye test alone to me he looks better then wherever Scottie started at as a shooter

Lefty's shooters usually look cleaner

He has those Kawhi "claw" type hands where he is able to really disrupt and get these crazy steals, deflections, blocks out of no where.

Based on the videos and his defensive highlight reel, I wonder if he has massive hands despite being a little shorter for a big.

I reaaaaalllyyy wish he was a 3 and not a PF/C. He’s got that Carmelo Anthony build and he looks smaller than the average 4/5. Seeing him handle and playmake makes me think his talents are going to be wasted as a traditional big but obviously way too early to even worry about that.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

He's definitely got potential as an undersized 4/5, but if that 3 develops, then there isn't a reason he couldn't be a 3+D guy out on the wing. He guards the perimeter well enough already.

As it has been said...you are what you can guard.

No reason he can't and wouldn't be considered a 3 if his shooting comes around.

Position doesnt matter. Especially if you can guard 1-5.

I like scottie Cmb, bi, iQ and Poeltl. Even RJ instead of IQ is fine
