I want Sam to draw up plays for Kapono. We pay this guy $$$ and he is deadly, yet we don't even use him.
Sure Kapono can't play D, but it doesn't mean we shouldn't use him. We needed his offense yesterday when players couldn't do much. I'm seriously pissed why Sam wasn't running simple drive and kick plays for Kapono.
ugh
Kapono and our offense

I think this is where Garbo is missed, I remember him swinging that ball a lot, he only took open looks.
Andrea also does not swing the ball, he tries to beat his man or shoot... not that I had an issue with that last night, he was on fire.
Delfino, is another one
bargnani's actually not that bad, especially lately since his shots haven't been falling. delfino, never swings it though. ever. even when kapono is in the corner and instead holds it and takes the shot himself. what a dodo.

Am I the only one who hates this guy?
Obama did not shut down the practice of torture, but merely repositioned it, to the American norm. The torture regime of Ford through Clinton, year by year, produced more US-backed strapped-down agony than was produced during the Bush/Cheney years.

Like some have already said, Smitch needs to make more plays for Kapono. If he has to ring a few necks in the process, so be it, it's his job to do so.
As much as I like Moon, he should not be taking as many shots as he does. His role should be limited to playing D, rebounding, and the occasional putback or highlight reel dunk. I don't mind him taking wide open jumpers, but I don't like it when he decides to take long range shots when his defender gives him a little space. His role should be similar to Chuck Hayes of the Rockets. He attempts like 3 or 4 shots a game, but gets double digit rebounds and plays pretty good D.
Here we have the reigning 3point champion (or whatever that ASG challenge is called), and he yet he takes much fewer shots that he should be taking. I'd much rather have him taking some off balance, contested jumpers, than Moon or Delfino. Hopefully we can correct sooner than later.

You can't have two POS defenders on the floor for extended time periods unless Mutumbo is your center.
That's why Kapono can't get minutes. We're already compensating for Jose.
On offense, I hate to blame Sam (because it's repetitive), but with big men like Andrea and Chris who see the floor so well surrounded by so many shooters, we should really be playing a high-post kind of offense where the ball is in their hands in the middle of the floor, kind of like the old Sacramento offense.
Some people might believe that it's too hard to change an offensive system midseason, but with the loss of Ford it's clearly necessary. By keeping the same system in place, one or two of these three things is true:
1. Sam is ridiculously stubborn.
2. Sam is incapable of putting in a complex offense.
3. Our players are too dumb for Sam to put in the offense.
The Kings changed their offense midseason after trading CWebb, George Karl put Melo on the block when he first took over in Denver, Sloan put the ball in AK's hands before Booz and D Will showed up... sheesh, even Kevin O'Neill changed up our offense when we got Jalen and Donyell.
With TJ out, point guard play is no longer the team strength.
By putting the entire offense on Jose's shoulders, we're set up to lose.
