If something like that could happen, it would be a dream come true but do you honestly think any team with a top 5 pick in the upcoming draft will trade their pick? This years draft is stacked with talent and top 5 picks this years could all become potential franchise players. I doubt any team in lottery contention would give up their top 5 pick for a solid PG and a good role player.

As good as jose is, i don't think he can land us a top 5 pick... top 10 maybe.
