Personally I think we should throwback to the Raptors original jerseys with the logo and the pinstripes. The only difference would be no purple. I think it would look sweet with either red or black replacing the purple. I think red would look probably better because the Raptor would blend in a bit and wouldn't look so out there.

first of all, no offense to Doug Smith, but i don't think Doug's been on the right side of "cool" since Trudeau was the PM.

him saying that a black jersey is cool is the equivalent of the Jays thinking black baseball jerseys are cool. Black is dates, but hey, that's my opinion. I personally think that the silver/gold Raptors' symbol on the back of the jersey is a nice colour to incorporate into a jersey.

I say NO to a Huskies' throwback simply because their colours were the same as the Leafs. and I want to separate Raps from Leafs fans by as much as possible.

I need a nap, but i will spend 5 minutes trying to Photoshop this new Jersey.

I might be the only one who agrees with you on this one. One of my buddies has an old Tracy Mcgrady jersey back from his rookie year and it is one of, if not the nicest jerseys I have ever seen. Except for the purple of course.
