OB, calm down.

Duncanfan, you really can't count TJ's backup minutes because he was obviously nursing injuries... or he'd have started.

Either way, Raps make history as it's their first time with 2 all-stars.

Atonio Davis and Vince Carter.

Pierce, Butler, Bosh, Billups, Hamilton, Jamison, possibly Jose?? I don't see Allen making it over him as he is having an abysmal shooting year. VC could possibly make it over him, though the Nets are playing terrible. I am probably forgetting other people here, but if somebody gets injured I think Jose makes it for sure.

If they decide based on merit Jose has a chance... therefore, Jose has no chance ;)

Wow, just wow.

TJ fanboys are out in full effect. This thread was giving credit to Jose with regards to All-Star game, but they are perceiving it as a slight on TJ. Does anyone think TJ should be in the All-Star game even though he hasn't played more than half the games? And did OP mention TJ anywhere in his remarks?

EDIT: Grammar

I read the first six or seven comments. Do the next eight pages show the same general level of mental incompetence and lack of comprehension?

Caldy baby is worth every penny. I'd hate for him to leave Toronto that would be the saddest day in Raptors history. Hopefully no matter what happens we top every offer that comes to him...even if it is 10 mil. This is also why I don't want Calderon in the All-Star Game this just boosts his stock for teams to offer more money at him and getting all that attention.

Jose Calderon deserves to be at the allstar game. I think some people around here dont realize how lucky we are to have such a good point guard. He will never be overrated IMO.

Um...not so much.

I remember reading Bosh's profile on NBAdraft.net many moons ago and being blown away by his NBA comparison (Tim Duncan/Kevin Garnett). While it's safe to say he isn't on their level - and in all likelihood, may never be - he has still developed into one of the more dangerous players in the game today.

The same profile stated that he had "25 and 10 potential", and looking at the last 23 games (since Bosh came back from his five game absence), he has averaged exactly that: 25 points (on 50 per cent shooting), 10 rebounds, 2 assists, a block and a steal.

I am so happy to have this guy.
