which is why, rather than a FA signing, I fully expect Colangelo to make a trade like the Lakers just made - using Rasho's expiring contract to pick up a player on a multi-year contract.

The nice thing for the Raps next trade deadline is that they have 3 expiring players - one for $8 mil and 2 for $4 mil (Parker and Garbo).

This will give them flexibility in making trades - they can take back $4 mil, $8 mil, $12 mil, or $16 mil, depending on who is included.

But call me crazy, but I think Parker is going to be re-signed for another 2 years.
