With KG out does CB4 start in the All-Star game?

Just wondering if CB4 will start with KG out. Can't remember what the protocol is. Does the coach decide who will replace the starter or does the "NBA" decide.

Doc Rivers gets to pick who the starter will be. He'll likely start Bosh, unless he feels that the veteran, Rasheed Wallace, is more deserving. I think that since none of the Detroit 3 are starting, Rip, Billups and Rasheed will probably all just come off the bench on the same shift.
