He looks slow in his prep... it will be interesting to see how he does.

Almost looks like he wont be able to get through all of the racks

Most people don't realize exactly how great most of these guys can shoot the ball.

Several times I've seen guys that are considered weak shooters (players like Mateen Cleaves and Sean Marks) shoot in an open gym and they'll hit jumpers seemingly all day. And I remember watching a good shooter like Brent Barry warm up about 1 hour before a game a couple of years back and he must have knockded down about 23 out of 25 3-pointers from his corner spot.

Yah, most of them can shoot pretty well when they are not defended. I remember when I was in college and I tried out for the team. There were guys in there shooting threes just like that with both left and right hand. I was just stunned...

Kapono scored a 29/30 in his practice video I believe. His only miss was the first ball in the last rack.

OH NO!!! Really? He sux pretty bad at everything else, if you ask me (defensce, etc.) Thats the only thing that Kapono is good at shooting the freakin' ball, yes we know that, but he needs more skills than that . I still do not understand why Morris Peterson could not fit in The Raptors System, when Kapono is even worse. :nonono:

Sheed should have his own show when he retires ... the Sheed & Oakley show. Nothing beats the Jingle Bells remix though:

Even good CIS shooters will knock down shots all day in an open gym.
