Can anybody tell me if there is a board where i can ask this or can i ask this here.. Can anybody suggest some athletic shoes i can get at a store in T.O.?

your question is very vague,

what kind of athletic shoes? basketball, ball hockey, cross training?

and you can try the normal stores like footlocker, athletes world... those general stores.
