Raptors, Cavs and Heat make a three way trade

I couldnt find the article on hoopsworld that reported on the Raps swapping Dixon for Parker..but well ESPN just reported that a deal has been finalized and is just waiting for league approval that involves the Raptors, Cavaliers and the Miami Heat.

Raptors acquire Smush Parker and Cedric Simmons.
Cleveland Cavaliers acquire Maceao Baston and Alexander Johnson.
Heat acquire Juan Dixon and Devin Brown.

My opinion on the trade:
-Miami gets two more expiring contracts--they are looking at making a big splash in the off season.
-Why did the cavs even get involved in this trade? They get two useless players
-I like Simmons (provides rebounding and shot blocking)but I dont know about the Parker aquisition..

and no guys i am not making this trade up..just heard this on espn TV
