Just be thankful we don't have those BC roadkill rosters with Voshkyl, Banks, Douby, Wrights Julian and Antoine. We lost this series because we have yet to draft a John Wall or Bradley Beal. Then we are missing a vet with as much experience as Pierce. Oh and did we mention the battle of the bigs? Gortat-Nene-Seraphin? Raps are thin in a number of key areas.

If it wasn't clear before when Lowry was playing at an All-Star level that he was the guy keeping the Raptors afloat, it should be even more clear now after these 3 games. Without a good Lowry, this team is absolute garbage.

I'd obviously be down for a complete rebuild (which Masai tried to do in the first place a year and a half ago before Lowry started playing incredibly well). If they're not willing to do that, though, they absolutely have to get rid of Casey and DeRozan moving forward. DeRozan simply is not conducive to winning basketball (and never will be), while Casey is completely out of his element as a head coach and the players have long since tuned him out.

Yup we all love to dream big, but sometimes reality has a way of choking it up and a stubborn head coach who has not yet figured out how to use the rotations, how to defend against the pick and roll and uses small ball or even smaller ball at an alarming level of consistency with a team that is not good at rebounding is just a recipe for disaster.

Even if they win in game 4 which i doubt, its just a hollow victory which will just prolong the inevitable.

Ive been a Raptors supporter since I was 9 years old.
Seen it all, been through it all, witnessed it all.
But this time, it felt different.

Watching Raptors pull in really close, take the lead for a few moments, only to have the 3 point dagger upon us.

I managed to watch mostly every single game this season, either alone or with my bro.
The W's, the L's, rollercoaster is an understatement.
This board has really kept me good company for the last 2 seasons.
Thank you to everyone on this board (I can't name each and every one of you, but guys know who you are, lol).

I'll be taking a hiatus from Raptors/basketball in general to pay more attention to things that matter more in life.
I got the biggest exam of my life (medical boards exam) around the corner.
Probably relocating cities (Chicago? ATL?)
Might get married, so I have that going on for me I guess.
Life's coming at me 100 mph, and I need to be prepared for it.

I might drop by every now and then to see Raptors progression or if there is any change.
Hope to see some familiar faces in the future.
One last time, thank you everyone on this board -- Kevin Durant aint got ish on the real MVPS.

I won't lie, I actually feel bad for Casey. He's a good person but just not the coach we need, if only he could be an assistant. Hopefully he gets a job in no time if he is in fact let go.

Usually i would agree with this, but i have no sympathy for this man he embarrassed our whole fanbase with his stubbornness and his inability to make in game adjustments.

Once we lose tomorrow i will gladly help him pack his back his bags out of Toronto once he gets fired.

Maybe i am being to harsh on the guy but man we deserve better than this, i liked him more last year because he made this team play hard and fight everyday, but man he just needs to go we been embarrassed enough already :cry:
